Matching and volunteer matching gift program

Prime matches up to 100% of employee donations up to $500 annually towards eligible 501(C)(3) charitable organizations. Prime also matches employee’s volunteer time. For each eight hours volunteered with an organization, Prime matches $125 ($500 annually).

Employee volunteer time off

Prime offers employees volunteer time off – granting employees eight hours of paid time off to volunteer at their favorite local charities. In fact, in a challenging year, our employees still found ways to give during 2020.
